Queensland: register with the Education Department, submit an education programme, annual written report.

NSW: NESA registration. Submit an education plan against NSW curriculum outcomes. Slightly more documentation than QLD.

Victoria is the most flexible. Register, submit a plan, and essentially you are left alone.

Western Australia: registration and annual review. The review can be documentary or in person - the family chooses.
