Balancing homeschooling with running a small business from home?

Non-overlapping schedules. Partner works 6-9am and I work 6-9pm. Homeschool happens in the middle.

Independent work first. By 9am the children are doing two hours of independent work - assigned the evening before. We both work during that time.

Friday is school admin and business admin day. No lessons. Having one clear day instead of fragments across the week saves sanity.

Hire a homeschool helper for two mornings per week. She runs nature study and art while we have clear work time.
